⢠5+ years of experience managing technical delivery or implementation projects ⢠experience managing projects involving infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, IT services, or eDiscovery technologies ⢠experience managing cross-functional technical resources such as engineers, consultants, or implementation specialists ⢠proven delivery leadership for technical or infrastructure projects ⢠working knowledge across VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, storage, and disaster recovery ⢠strong delivery governance: milestone planning, change control, risk escalation, and stakeholder alignment ⢠executive-level communication and ability to drive ownership across cross-functional teams ⢠technical fluency to challenge assumptions and translate engineering details into customer-ready language ⢠comfortable in service and project management tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Asana) ⢠proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams) ⢠self-motivated, adaptable, and calm under pressure
