📋 Description

• Build and scale a modern B2B GTM engine • Identify buying signals and translate them into automated GTM actions • Automatically enrich account and contact data and assess ICP fit and intent • Automate highly personalized, data- and signal-based outbound campaigns • Prioritize and route leads and accounts based on fit, intent, and engagement • Build workflows and data flows between the CRM and GTM stack • Develop and scale automations with Clay, n8n, APIs, and webhooks • Implement and measure experiments quickly, then systematize successful approaches • Translate GTM processes into scalable systems and create a direct impact on pipeline and revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Have independently built comparable GTM infrastructure • Several years of experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, RevOps, or a comparable B2B environment • Extensive experience with Clay, n8n, and modern GTM tools • Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and CRM systems • Experience with enrichment, scoring, routing, and automated campaigns • Strong commercial understanding with a focus on pipeline, conversion, and revenue • Excellent German and English language skills
