📋 Description

• Collaborate with Recruiters, hiring teams, and Recruiting leadership to understand and execute hiring plans for job requisitions • Maintain accurate, up-to-date hiring process information in the applicant tracking system and GitLab repositories • Manage candidate scheduling and organize interviews • Ensure timely, thoughtful, and engaging candidate communication throughout the hiring process • Monitor candidate pipelines and flag issues or bottlenecks • Create and stage employment contracts for candidates receiving offers • Partner with People Operations to create seamless handoffs for new team members • Promote GitLab's values, culture, and all-remote approach as a brand ambassador • Support a smooth, consistent, and inclusive hiring process across GitLab's global organization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting end to end hiring processes in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers, ideally in a fast paced or high volume environment • Skill using an applicant tracking system to schedule, track, and move candidates through interview stages; Greenhouse experience is beneficial but not required • Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools, and willingness to learn and use additional tools • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives • Strength in organization, time management, and prioritization, with focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail • Ability to build collaborative relationships across time zones and functions while maintaining confidentiality • Interest in talent acquisition and contributing to an inclusive hiring process • Alignment with GitLab's values and comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment • Flexibility in working hours to support candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones • Openness to transferable experience from related coordination or operations roles
