📋 Description

• Own, maintain, and continuously improve the internal Data Collection System (DCS). • Identify and implement enhancements based on stakeholder feedback. • Ensure compliance with internal security and data governance standards. • Design and maintain a secure, scalable access model (roles, permissions, identity integration). • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to understand data collection needs. • Identify opportunities to standardise and streamline data capture across use cases. • Define and execute a roadmap to modernise the platform. • Establish and maintain coding standards, documentation, and development best practices. • Ensure structured data is accessible and optimised for downstream BI and analytics platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering or similar fields. • Experience with Application Ownership and Maintenance. • Strong experience in full-stack application development using modern technologies. • Solid experience with relational databases (SQL Server). • Experience with Stakeholder Management, Business Process understanding and translating process needs to technical roadmaps. • Strong product mindset, ensuring a keen focus on solving business needs through a well-engineered product. • Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control. • Understanding of data security, data quality and governance principles.
