• Develop new business opportunities in London and the southern area of the UK, expanding Glamox market presence • Build and maintain relationships with end-user, consultant, and contractor customers • Increase Glamox business through consultant specifications to secure new business • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities • Manage personal accounts and achieve personal sales targets • Collaborate with the wider Glamox organisation to execute sales opportunities • Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and activities in the Glamox CRM system • Provide lighting design, technical support, and commercial engineering in collaboration with consultants, contractors, end users, and internal teams • Deliver a committed and connected service to customers with sales support teams
• Lighting and controls technical knowledge to LIA Level 2 or equivalent • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic market environment • Experience in solution selling and new business development • Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce advantageous
