📋 Description

• Complete the 16-week LEaPs program beginning June 14, 2027 • Participate in professional development and role-specific training through shadowing, lectures, and practice • Receive ongoing assignment feedback and monthly performance reviews • Own initiatives supporting the cohort and rotate as lead for professional development experiences and book club • Sponsored Ads Strategist: support small and medium-sized client accounts; optimize backend advertising; manage budgets and pacing; build performance reports; assist with ad hoc projects • Account Manager: set up and update Amazon products, promotions, and content; troubleshoot client issues and submit Amazon cases; manage promotions and ensure ASINs are live, unsuppressed, and in stock; assist with ad hoc projects • Operations Specialist: analyze cost-effective shipping options; coordinate vendor-warehouse shipping; track shipments to fulfillment centers; troubleshoot Amazon transportation issues; create reimbursement, order-adjustment, and technical cases; analyze FBA inventory to balance stock and storage fees • Pass the LEaPs program's final evaluation to be placed in an entry-level role

🎯 Requirements

• Self-starters who are within 2 years of graduating college • Less than 2 years of professional experience • Interest in e-commerce, advertising, account management, analytics, supply chain, or digital content preferred • Ability to write effectively • Ability to present ideas • Ability to deliver results • Ability to learn quickly • Curiosity and resourcefulness • Tenacity and ownership • Strong communication and teamwork • Trustworthiness and accountability • Self-awareness, humility, and openness to feedback • Candidates must live in CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, or WI • Sponsorship for work visa unavailable
