• 8+ years of progressive business partnering experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments. • Experience supporting multiple G&A verticals (e.g., Legal + IT + Finance) • Proven success influencing senior leaders in matrixed, fast-paced, and global (remote-first) environments. • Deep understanding of compliance, employment practices, and employee relations across the US (experience with India a plus). • Knowledge of HR disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, organisational effectiveness, and DEIB. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels. • High learning agility, empathy, and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of multiple business partners. • Excellent communication and influencing skills; data-oriented and systems-savvy.
