📋 Description

• Guide new customers step by step through setting up Roger • Train practice teams and ensure a smooth launch • Advise dental practices on workflows, concerns, and suitable solutions • Demonstrate time-saving features and optimize practices’ use of Roger • Bring feedback from dental practices into product development • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support • Further develop Customer Success processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a dental assistant, dental practice manager, or receptionist at a dental practice • Interest in and openness to digitalization and new tools • Enjoy explaining, motivating, and supporting people • Empathy, patience, and clear, friendly communication • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership • German proficiency at C1 level • Good English skills
