📋 Description

• Source and close new business opportunities in the US market and international clients entering the US market • Develop relationships with local TikTok partner representatives and team members • Own the strategy in the target region • Build and maintain a professional social media presence as a core sales tool • Own the HubSpot pipeline, including lead sourcing, deal staging, and brand fit scoring • Build and manage inbound and outbound lead pipelines • Independently build proposals and P&Ls for prospective clients • Meet weekly activity benchmarks and monthly closing targets • Expand existing client relationships in the US market and identify upsell opportunities • Research potential partners using tools such as Kalodata to assess TikTok Shop readiness • Maintain regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years minimum of Sales, Account Executive or Business Development experience • Comfort working daily inside a CRM (HubSpot experience a plus) • Strong written communication skills for outreach across email and social channels • Familiarity with TikTok Shop is a bonus • Multilingual candidates a plus • Ability to cover the US market while working on US time zones • Willingness to work varied hours due to clients across multiple time zones
