The company identifies and secures sites, engineers and constructs large-scale batteries, and runs them commercially in partnership with network operators, landowners and municipalities, focusing on net-neutral integration and regional grid support.

📋 Description

• As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for delivering innovative battery storage projects and directly contributing to the energy transition. • You will actively advance projects in Northern Germany and help shape the future of energy. • As part of the project management team, you will be accountable for managing projects from detailed planning through the construction phase to the commissioning of our battery storage systems. • Overall project management for multiple storage projects. • Coordinate with all involved stakeholders (internal and external, e.g., service providers, grid operators, or suppliers), oversee the planning and construction of the facilities, and take responsibility for communication. • Coordinate the detailed design of the technical setup together with the engineering department. • Document all project steps in the digital end-to-end project development and management platform and provide input for its further development. • Responsible for project-based budget planning and ensuring that project objectives are met in terms of scope, cost, schedule, and quality. • Willingness to visit construction sites as needed (valid driver's license, Class B).

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Master's or Bachelor's degree or comparable vocational training, ideally as an industrial engineer in electrical engineering, in renewable energies, business administration, or a related discipline. • Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or real estate sector, ideally with a focus on renewable energy. • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong capability to pragmatically implement customer-focused solutions. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, and the ability to engage with people in a friendly and appreciative manner. • Identification with the company's values and motivation to actively contribute to the energy transition. • Open, empathetic communicator and team player. • Fluent in German and good command of English.
