📋 Description

• Ensure that our client receives truly outstanding levels of service from the first meeting through to final delivery • Maximise opportunities for growth of our client accounts through development of strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders • Support the development and implementation of best practice processes for GPC accounts • Manage a client servicing team consisting of account managers or executives • Build, nurture, and grow relationships with clients • Lead / participate in senior client meetings and attend regular client status meetings • Implement APAC focused strategies to improve performance and ROI of campaigns • Support clients by leading and providing strategic direction to internal/external support teams • Work closely with internal teams and client contacts in each market to ensure total satisfaction • Present, communicate, and sell strategies to clients • Pro-actively identify and pitch potential upsell opportunities for additional services • Be an evangelist of Green park’s brand purpose and core expertise to potential and existing clients • Ensure high performance and continued development of account team members • Manage personal development reviews and plans for respective team members. • Advise the Regional Client Services Partner of all account matters to aid in building strong account health for retainer renewal.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years in Account Management role with at least 5 years in a senior account management position in an advertising or digital agency • Has experience in handling or overseeing a small team of at least 1-2 members • Preferably well versed in insurance, bancassurance, health, and or medical industry accounts. • Effective presentation skills that aim for clarity, conciseness of message • Capable of handling daily conversations with client to get their buy in on project approvals. • Handle open and regular communication with clients most especially on impending project concerns.
