📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze the iGaming market to ensure product competitiveness; • Define a long-term game development strategy aligned with market trends and the target audience; • Oversee all stages of game development; • Manage budgets and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs); • Build partnerships with game suppliers, sports providers, and other key industry players; • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to promote casino products; • Take responsibility for the timely and high-quality delivery of products and projects; • Mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of productivity and growth. • 2+ years of experience in a Head-level position; • Ability to develop and implement strategies for product or business line growth; • Deep understanding of the iGaming market, from regulations to player needs; • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders; • Capability to set long-term goals and develop plans to achieve them; • Coordination with casino game providers, platforms, and sports data suppliers; • Analytical thinking and ability to work with KPIs and OKRs. • Ability to foresee market trends and maintain a competitive edge; • Inspires and motivates teams to achieve ambitious goals; • Focused on measurable success and driving business growth; • Creative and pragmatic when approaching challenges, finding solutions under pressure; • Continuously explores new ideas, tools, and technologies; • Builds trust and strong relationships, showing empathy and understanding diverse perspectives. • GROWE TOGETHER: Our team is our main asset. 🎯 Requirements
