• Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson und Sparringspartner:in für unsere Kunden. • Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen mit unseren Kunden auf. • Du moderierst Kick-off-Veranstaltungen und entwickelst Onboarding-Konzepte. • Du hörst, was unsere Kunden und User bewegt und spielst diese Rückmeldungen ans Produktteam zurück. • Du verantwortest unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und erstellst Content.
