📋 Description

• Client prospecting: actively seek new customers using a variety of strategies; • Product presentation: demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of the products you represent, adapting the approach to each prospect's specific needs; • Negotiation of commercial terms: negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts and other contractual conditions with the aim of closing profitable sales for both parties; • Closing sales: finalize sales agreements and ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time through effective follow-up of all stages; • Customer support: provide post-sale support, resolving any customer issues or questions and ensuring ongoing satisfaction; • Relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships, cultivating trust, understanding needs and being available to assist in order to secure brand loyalty.

🎯 Requirements

• Registration with the Regional Council of Representatives; • Basic understanding of finance, including profit margin, production costs and ROI; • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service; • Previous sales experience, preferably in wholesale and retail; • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM and social media); • Customer relationship management skills; • Availability to travel within the regions of Ribeirão Preto, Araraquara, São Carlos, Franca (SP), and Uberaba/Uberlândia (MG).
