📋 Description

• Client prospecting: actively seek new clients using various strategies; • Product presentation: demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of the products you represent, adapting your approach to each prospective client's specific needs; • Negotiation of commercial terms: negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts and other contractual conditions to close mutually beneficial sales; • Closing sales: finalize sales agreements and ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time by effectively following up on all stages; • Customer support: provide post-sale support, resolving any customer issues or questions to ensure ongoing satisfaction; • Relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships, foster trust, understand customer needs, and remain available to assist them, thereby promoting brand loyalty.

🎯 Requirements

• Registration with the Regional Council of Sales Representatives; • Basic knowledge of finance, profit margin, production costs, and ROI; • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service; • Previous sales experience, preferably in wholesale and retail; • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM and social media); • Customer relationship management skills; • Availability to travel within the regions of Bauru, Botucatu, Marília, Presidente Prudente (SP), and Londrina (PR).
