📋 Description

• Take ownership of Boomi integration flows, including maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of live connections • Design and implement new integrations across ticketing, marketing, and ERP systems • Build and maintain logging, alerting, and monitoring for integration health • Collaborate with internal developers, IT partners, and system vendors on architecture decisions across platforms • Maintain integration documentation, version control, and change management • Contribute to decisions about future middleware and integration tooling • Report to the Head of IT Development • Work with stakeholders across Group IT, Product, and Operations to deliver reliable internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on integration experience in complex internal system environments • Strong working knowledge of Boomi and integration patterns (ETL, pub/sub, middleware orchestration) • Proficient in APIs, JSON/XML, and common data transformation techniques • Solid understanding of ERP, HRIS, ticketing, and CRM systems • Ability to debug and troubleshoot across data flows, middleware layers, and endpoint systems • Experience working in a cross-functional, distributed tech environment • Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when working across IT and business teams • Experience with BigQuery or data warehouse migrations (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with Azure environments (nice-to-have) • Understanding of marketing and ticketing platform integrations, including AudienceView and Elektra (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with Workday (nice-to-have)
