📋 Description

• Build trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives of Global 500 companies • Work closely with Gartner sales to maintain renewals and drive growth • Serve as the single point of service delivery for approximately 15–20 member relationships • Support account planning activity with Account Executives • Plan and execute GCSCO events, including identifying themes, recruiting speakers, creating agendas, and enhancing the event experience • Facilitate community interaction through one-to-one peer connections • Capture shared actions and opportunities and channel outcomes to member teams • Deliver ongoing services to Global 500 companies focused on operations and supply chain leadership • Consult regularly with members to advance their priorities and leverage community insights and tailored Gartner thought leadership • Deliver workshops to leaders’ peers and teams using peer and research insights • Drive member engagement and value interactions through events, one-to-one connections, community content briefings, and analyst interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of work experience, ideally from a consultancy or advisory background in strategy or supply chain strategy • Experience working with C-level customers and stakeholders in Global 500 companies • Demonstrated capability to present and facilitate meetings for a C-level audience • Experience with corporate and functional strategy development and execution • Experience working within or leading large-scale change and transformation • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess a client’s unique situation and provide actionable, outcome-based business advice and insight • Ability to digest, analyze, and present detailed research to synthesize insights for members • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Presentation, persuasion, and influencing skills • Commercial acumen to work effectively with sales organization to drive retention and growth • Ability to sell and market membership to C-level leaders • Strong business acumen and knowledge of senior executives’ responsibilities and challenges in major corporations • Deep understanding of how leaders build strategies executable at scale • Ability to build and maintain knowledge of the changing supply chain profession
