📋 Description

• Define platform-wide UX strategy and design standards • Design the GMS RCM management console and unified operating experience • Create experience profiles for different user personas and operational roles • Design dashboards, scorecards, KPI views, work queues, alerts, and workflow experiences • Design AI-assisted user journeys including copilots, chat interfaces, recommendations, and approval workflows • Create workflow visualizations for claims, denials, AR, coding, billing, and client operations • Design human-in-the-loop review and approval experiences for AI-generated actions • Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems • Conduct persona mapping, journey mapping, and workflow analysis with business stakeholders • Design responsive experiences • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure implementation fidelity • Support usability testing and continuous experience optimization • Establish design governance standards and accessibility requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of overall work experience. • Skills related to: Enterprise UI/UX design , Human-centered design methodologies , User journey mapping and service design , Dashboard and analytics experience design , Workflow-driven application design . • AI assistant and conversational UX design , Information architecture and navigation design and Design systems and component libraries • Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools • Data visualization and KPI presentation • Personal development and role-based experience modeling • Usability testing and user research • Accessibility (WCAG) standards • Responsive web application design • Experience designing AI-enabled business applications • Experience designing enterprise applications • Experience building complex workflow-oriented platforms • Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard and operational application design • Experience working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments • Experience translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences • Experience designing role-based experiences and permissions-aware applications • Understanding of modern UX patterns for analytics, workflow, and AI-enabled systems.
