• We are seeking a commercially driven and analytical Senior Manager - Strategic Accounts to join our Partners (Wishlist) team in London. • Reporting to the Wishlist Director, you will manage a portfolio of our most critical existing gym and studio partners. • Your mission is to secure sustainable retention and drive mutual growth by acting as a strategic consultant rather than just a point of contact. • You are the face of Wellhub for your partners. • You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand our network density within existing accounts. • You are constantly looking for ways to bring fresh ideas to the table; whether it's a new marketing angle, a creative pricing structure, or an operational fix. • You will run margin analyses, design pricing strategies, and present data-driven business cases (MBRs/QBRs) that demonstrate ROI and new opportunities to our partners.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Key Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships or Management Consulting. • CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, is required. You must be comfortable managing a pipeline, creating dashboards, and using CRM data to drive efficiency. • Analytical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides) is non-negotiable. • Financial Literacy: Proven experience in running data sets and structuring commercial deals. You must be comfortable manipulating large datasets to extract commercial insights. • Innovation Track Record: Proven history of bringing new ideas to life. We want to hear examples of times you challenged the status quo or invented a new way of doing things that led to growth. • Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels (from GM to C-Level). A track record of retaining and growing high-value portfolios is essential. • Financial & Commercial Acumen: The ability to understand the partner's P&L, analyze margins, and structure deals that drive profitable growth for both parties. • Data Storytelling: The ability to take raw data and transform it into a visually compelling MBR/QBR deck that drives strategic decision-making. • Relationship Building (Multi-Level): The ambition to travel and build networks deep within a partner’s organization, not just relying on a single point of contact. • Interpersonal Impact: The ability to be personable, engaging, and empathetic. You build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships even when dealing with difficult conversations. People buy into you as much as they buy into the product. • Project Management: Organized and structured approach to managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously without dropping the ball. • Operational Discipline (CRM): The ability to balance high-touch relationship work with rigorous backend organization.
