📋 Description

• Deliver consulting engagements across the Professional Services portfolio, including evaluation design, criteria development, Value for Money (VfM), and evaluation support • Manage client engagements as or alongside Lead Consultant, ensuring effective, timely, and cost-effective support while controlling and escalating risks • Work with the Sales Team to position, develop, and win new business within existing projects and new markets • Participate in quality management and peer review according to company policies and guidance • Undertake AWARD® configuration and peer reviews to support software delivery • Support clients in their use of AWARD® • Promote consulting expertise, products, and services through webinars, events, social media, public speaking, and white papers • Support the VP of Professional Services in improving Professional Services delivery, including through AI

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) Clearance; current SC Clearance is not required • Proven experience delivering software-led consultancy or Public Sector consultancy, ideally within complex public sector environments • Experience managing and building strong client relationships • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities • Ability to manage and deliver small projects effectively • Willingness to travel within the UK and, ideally, internationally • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure • Highly organised, proactive, and takes ownership • Proficient in standard MS Office applications • Degree or equivalent professional experience • Experience in Public Procurement, including procurement competition design and evaluation (desirable) • Understanding of UK Government/Defence Procurement processes (desirable) • Strong desire to learn about new software applications (desirable) • Ability to manage inter-related project requirements (desirable)
