📋 Description

• Lead and grow Professional Services, owning strategy, revenue, cost and profitability • Deliver complex software implementations into the NHS with strong governance and quality • Forecast revenue accurately and protect margin through scoping and change control • Build efficient, repeatable delivery processes and embed AI and tooling to improve productivity • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 27001, 42001, 13485 and medical device regulations • Act as a senior point of contact for customers • Work closely with Sales, Product, R&D and Finance • Coach and develop a talented team of delivery leaders and specialists • Contribute to M&A initiatives • Strengthen senior customer relationships • Ensure software solutions deliver meaningful outcomes for NHS organisations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in professional services/delivery, including 5+ years leading teams, ideally in software • Direct P&L ownership, with a strong grasp of services revenue, forecasting and utilisation • Track record of successful, profitable delivery of complex software implementations • Process-driven, detail-oriented approach, and openness to AI and new technology • Commercial awareness, plus confident stakeholder management and communication • Passion for coaching and developing people • Desirable: NHS/public sector delivery, clinical safety, medical device or ISO experience • Desirable: PRINCE2/MSP/PMP/APM • Compliance knowledge covering ISO 9001, 27001, 42001, 13485 and medical device regulations
