âą Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term success, retention, and revenue growth âą Build deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers on the client side âą Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Haut.AI solutions with clientsâ business objectives and KPIs âą Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience âą Proactively identify expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell, to grow account value âą Monitor customer health, engagement, and performance metrics, and take action to mitigate risks âą Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product development âą Drive regular business reviews (QBRs) and strategic check-ins with clients
âą 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management in tech company is a must âą Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth âą Strong commercial mindset with experience in renewals, upselling, and contract negotiations âą Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives âą Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management âą Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills âą Experience working with eCommerce or digital platforms is a plus âą Impeccable English; additional languages are an advantage
