📋 Description

‱ Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term success, retention, and revenue growth ‱ Build deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers on the client side ‱ Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Haut.AI solutions with clients’ business objectives and KPIs ‱ Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience ‱ Proactively identify expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell, to grow account value ‱ Monitor customer health, engagement, and performance metrics, and take action to mitigate risks ‱ Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product development ‱ Drive regular business reviews (QBRs) and strategic check-ins with clients

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management in tech company is a must ‱ Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth ‱ Strong commercial mindset with experience in renewals, upselling, and contract negotiations ‱ Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives ‱ Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management ‱ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ‱ Experience working with eCommerce or digital platforms is a plus ‱ Impeccable English; additional languages are an advantage
