📋 Description

• Prospect and identify new customers, driving business growth • Analyze market trends to uncover opportunities • Represent Hayward at industry events and trade shows • Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to meet targets and report progress

🎯 Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience with a focus on growth and customer conversion • Develops new targets through active prospecting and cold calling activities • Analyzes market trends and sales data to identify market opportunities for future business • Assist the Sales Leadership Team in identifying and accurately forecasting market share opportunities • Strong problem-solving and strategic selling skills • Knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and automated control systems is a plus • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
