📋 Description

• Own HR Business Partner enablement end-to-end by designing, launching, and iterating agentic tooling • Design and maintain manager operational workflows, playbooks, tooling, and automations • Build and maintain dashboards for functional organizational health analytics • Partner with HR leadership to define actionable metrics and make them visible in real time • Automate employee processes through structured, compliant workflows • Champion responsible AI use within HR and establish employee-data guardrails with Legal and IT • Define success metrics and KPIs for owned programs, including automations shipped, workflow adoption, and dashboard engagement • Gather feedback, interpret signals, and iterate on programs and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of HR operations or People programs, including design, rollout, impact measurement, and iteration • Current practical use of AI tools and experience experimenting with workflows and automations • Ability to build or meaningfully contribute to agentic tools • Understanding of LLMs sufficient to design prompts, evaluate outputs, and create reusable workflows • Hands-on ability with data and tooling, including dashboards, automations, or HRIS systems • Experience working closely with HRBPs or in an HR generalist function • Ability to communicate effectively across HR, Legal, Engineering, and business teams • Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines • Experience building or maintaining people analytics dashboards and translating HR data into actionable insights
