📋 Description

• Own production of commercial KPI and competitive intelligence dashboards • Coordinate the commercial reporting cycle • Build and maintain payer enablement documentation and knowledge management infrastructure • Support the operational backbone of the talent motion • Deliver the quarterly rate and competitor intelligence audit • Work on critical strategic workstreams for the payer commercial team • Direct AI tools, question their output, and own recommendations • Report to the leader of Payer Commercial Strategy & Operations • Help scale payer partnerships and rewire mental healthcare access

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in strategy / management consulting or a similar strategy & ops role • Experience owning complex analytical and operational problems end-to-end • Healthcare experience is a bonus • Operational excellence and ability to manage a huge volume of moving pieces • Fluent and skeptical use of AI tools • Ability to pressure-test AI outputs before shipping • Resourcefulness and thoroughness • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer • Must disclose whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
