• Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer to define and execute Henry Schein One’s long-term growth strategy. • Lead complex initiatives end-to-end, including market assessments, competitive intelligence, business case development, M&A sourcing, due diligence, negotiation support, and post-deal integration. • Turn complex insights into clear, compelling narratives for the CEO, Board of Directors, and shareholders to drive alignment, investment, and action. • Develop presentations and strategic frameworks that blend data, visuals, and storytelling to influence key business decisions. • Identify, evaluate, and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer value across the organization. • Cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and accelerate results. • From building financial models to crafting board-level materials, roll up your sleeves and ensure speed, precision, and excellence in every deliverable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Business, or a related field. • 5-7 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a high-performance operating environment. • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, pricing strategies, and recurring revenue models. • Expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and market analysis. • Proven track record of leading and executing end-to-end strategic projects with measurable results. • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills — able to distill complexity into clarity for executives, boards, and investors. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable with building financial models and creating executive-ready presentations.
