📋 Description

• Build the Foundation for Scalability: Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of APIs and microservices that enable robust functionality and seamless integrations (such as HL7 and FHIR, fostering data flows that strengthen care ecosystems). • Master Full Stack Development: Gain hands-on expertise in frontend with Angular and backend with Go, while optimizing cloud infrastructure for efficient scaling. • Integrate Gen AI Innovations: Incorporate generative AI into our agency management software, boosting usability and efficiency to create intuitive experiences that users love. • Champion Creativity and Growth: Encourage exploration of new technologies, tools, and approaches to continually enhance our platform for better user outcomes. • Guide Strategic Decisions: Evaluate priorities, options, and tradeoffs to inform key development choices that advance our goals. • Collaborate with a Passionate Team of Peers: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, and deliver features that exceed expectations. • Ensure Lasting Quality: Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to uphold high standards of software reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-4 years of experience in software engineering roles building on modern architectures and frameworks • Proficiency in one reactive JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue • Experience with backend-development, such as Go, NodeJS, or Python • Experience in PostgreSQL/MongoDB • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Flexible, team player • Ability to organize and plan work independently • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment • Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus • Healthcare experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards is a plus
