📋 Description

• Drive marketing strategy and transformation in enterprise organizations • Act as the trusted technical–strategic partner for AI Decisioning customers • Own the bridge between product capabilities and customer business needs from discovery through go-live and expansion • Work with ML and product engineers, product designers, and Strategy Consultants to deploy new use cases • Uncover impactful customer use cases and understand insights from the decision engine • Recommend new campaigns or adjustments to achieve greater outcomes • Partner with customer teams, explore data, and navigate the product landscape • Own all phases of AI Decisioning use case delivery with Hightouch engineers, customer executives, marketers, and IT stakeholders • Run customer design sessions to define and document use case requirements and improvements • Develop process playbooks and best practices for delivery and project management • Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders • Participate in driving AI Decisioning product strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel 10 - 25% required • Experience working with Martech tools/CEMs/CDPs/etc. • Strong discovery and interpersonal skills • Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility • Clear communicator: you are able to express yourself clearly and persuasively, both in writing and speech • Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude and a strong sense of empathy • Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
