⢠Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry, cleansing, and enrichment. ⢠Support process improvement and automation initiatives within the Revenue Operations team. ⢠Learn and manage key systems including Salesforce, DealHub, and other revenue tech stack tools ⢠Act as a point of contact for other departments on RevOps technology and processes. ⢠Develop and maintain internal knowledge articles and enablement materials. ⢠Assist with onboarding and offboarding internal users in the revenue tech stack. ⢠Create and customize Salesforce reports and dashboards. ⢠Troubleshoot system errors and assist with Salesforce updates, policies, and procedures. ⢠Perform other Revenue Operations and data-related tasks as needed.
⢠Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Administrator experience, including configuration, customization, reports, dashboards, and automations. ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. ⢠Effective written and verbal communication skills. ⢠Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities. ⢠Self-starter with curiosity about business operations and process optimization. ⢠**Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have)** ⢠3+ years of experience as an Advanced Salesforce Administrator (AppExchange tools, SOQL, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector). ⢠Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot). ⢠Familiarity with sales proposal and enablement tools such as DealHub, 6sense, Gong, or Gong Engage.
