📋 Description
• The Lead Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering practical, scalable, and secure technology solutions that meet business needs within the London Market. • Translate architectural blueprints and roadmaps into detailed solution designs. • Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. • Support integration with existing systems and processes, minimising disruption and technical debt. • Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in solution architecture within insurance or financial services • Strong understanding of application design, integration patterns, and cloud technologies. • Ability to balance technical innovation with practical delivery constraints • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
