📋 Description

• Advise clients at management and C-level to increase IT performance and future readiness. • Analyze and assess the IT organization (including IT infrastructure, operations, IT Service Management) to identify strengths and weaknesses. • Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT operations. • Provide technical leadership for consultants and support their professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or IT Service Management, ideally including leadership roles. • Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, with experience managing complex IT organizations. • Strong strategic thinking, combined with the ability to analyze complex relationships and derive practical recommendations. • High level of personal responsibility, structured work approach, and excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent).
