📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. • Own the pipeline, deal progression, and customer relationships from outreach to closure. • Ensure the profitability and long-term success of every deal. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide tools, processes, and insights for sales enablement. • Partner with Commercial Strategy to document and optimise repeatable sales processes. • Work with Marketing to align lead generation and outbound campaigns. • Design the sales organisation, including role levels, territories, and targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams. • Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets and onboarding key accounts. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess profitability and negotiate deals. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a growth mindset. • Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot or similar) and commercial tools. • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and influence decision-making.
