⢠Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. ⢠Own the pipeline, deal progression, and customer relationships from outreach to closure. ⢠Ensure the profitability and long-term success of every deal. ⢠Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide tools, processes, and insights for sales enablement. ⢠Partner with Commercial Strategy to document and optimise repeatable sales processes. ⢠Work with Marketing to align lead generation and outbound campaigns. ⢠Design the sales organisation, including role levels, territories, and targets.
⢠Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams. ⢠Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets and onboarding key accounts. ⢠Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess profitability and negotiate deals. ⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders. ⢠Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a growth mindset. ⢠Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot or similar) and commercial tools. ⢠Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and influence decision-making.
