📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers to develop industry-specific machining solutions. • Demonstrate capabilities through engineering excellence and customer service. • Develop sales and profitability within a designated geographical area. • Prospecting, making sales calls, providing product training, and customer support/analysis. • Document cost reductions and manage CRM administration. • Implement innovative machining techniques and refine methods and procedures to support customer improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cutting tool applications. • Strong experience in indexable milling and a metal cutting background. • Familiar with 5-axis machine centres. • Knowledge of machining aerospace materials. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to present clearly to internal and external audiences. • Strong relationship building skills and ability to thrive in team environments. • Proactive approach to personal development. • Strong time management skills. • HNC or HND in production/mechanical engineering. • Full and clean driving license.
