📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work activities • Follow all policies, procedures, and work schedule • Ask customers open-ended questions and listen to their project and product needs • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project steps • Answer customer questions using product and services knowledge • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs • Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review and presentation • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships • Coordinate installations and support sales and product inquiries • Travel between locations and work within a predefined geographical area using company-issued devices • Report to the Assistant Market Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable Transportation • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • No previous leadership experience required • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds)
