• Create a high performing selling culture by developing and coaching teams • Lead Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets • Drive store connectivity and build relationships with store management • Manage Sales Consultants through hiring and training • Ensure customer service excellence by monitoring project progress
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing effective sales teams • Minimum Years of Work Experience: 3 • Minimum Leadership Experience: 3 • Minimum Education: high school diploma and/or GED
