📋 Description

• Own the strategy and delivery for Hostaway's core product domain • Define the vision, roadmap and execution across pricing, availability and listing content • Build trusted experiences for property managers • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data and channel-connection teams • Use AI tooling to take ideas from discovery and prototype through shipped product • Simplify complex systems and workflows across external platform integrations • Develop functionality affecting property managers' pricing, availability, rules and listings across sales channels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software • Experience owning a broad product area with multiple connected workflows • Experience making complex systems easier to understand and use • Daily use of AI in the product management workflow • Ability to create clickable or working prototypes with AI coding tools • Technical fluency to work confidently with engineers on APIs and integrations • Continuous discovery as a default operating mode • Sound judgment on trade-offs • Resilience to work through long-standing problems in a product customers depend on • Experience in travel, hospitality, vacation rentals or marketplaces is nice to have • Experience with pricing, rates, distribution, inventory, properties, rooms, vehicles or equipment is nice to have • Must be physically based within EMEA
