WhiteTech positions itself as a fast‑to‑market, enterprise B2B fintech SaaS provider and technical services partner (it does not operate transactional accounts itself).

📋 Description

• Own a strategic product from vision through execution, including product strategy, roadmap, MVP delivery, and continuous growth • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities through customer interactions and market research • Lead product discovery through customer interviews, user research, and competitor analysis • Gather, prioritize, and maintain product requirements and the product backlog • Define product KPIs and measurable business outcomes • Build relationships with customers, business stakeholders, executive leadership, external vendors, and technology providers • Present product strategy, roadmap, and performance to senior leadership • Own product delivery from discovery to release and support Agile delivery • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, QA specialists, designers, and analysts • Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and roadmap discussions • Monitor product performance, feature adoption, user behavior, KPIs, and business impact • Optimize activation, conversion, retention, user experience, and operational efficiency • Identify product risks, develop mitigation strategies, coordinate release readiness, and ensure product quality • Define acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA, compliance, regulatory, and technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in product or technology-driven companies • Proven experience owning products from discovery through delivery and growth • Experience working directly with customers, enterprise clients, or business stakeholders • Strong experience defining product vision, roadmap, and MVP strategy • Experience working with Agile product development methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience prioritizing backlogs and making data-driven product decisions • Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+ • Experience building products from scratch (0→1) — nice to have • Experience launching MVPs and scaling products — nice to have • Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, KYC/KYB, Compliance, Card Issuing, or SaaS — nice to have • Experience working with third-party integrations and external vendors — nice to have • Experience leading distributed remote teams — nice to have • Certifications such as PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or similar — nice to have
