📋 Description
• Own and lead backend initiatives end-to-end • Architect, build, and maintain backend services • Drive system performance and production reliability • Embed security into development • Support evidence collection for audits • Design and evolve data models • Establish and uplift engineering standards • Mentor engineers
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years building production backend systems • 3+ years with PHP and Laravel • Proven experience designing scalable backend architectures • Strong relational database expertise (PostgreSQL/MySQL) • Strong API design experience • Strong testing mindset • Experience with production operations
