📋 Description

• Advise Asset Management clients on employee benefits programs, specializing in Group Risk and Healthcare • Manage a portfolio of predominantly SME Asset Management clients as trusted adviser and primary day-to-day contact • Respond quickly and accurately to client queries • Manage consultancy and administration tasks, including proactive follow-up with clients and insurers • Provide technical advice on relevant insurance policies • Work with the Client Services Team on renewals, reviews, claims and medical underwriting • Develop external relationships with clients, prospects and insurers • Assess insurer propositions and differences to provide appropriate client advice • Support client retention, cross-selling and upselling through exceptional customer experience • Maintain accurate client data, including contacts, portfolios, markets and partners • Stay current with market knowledge and key trends • Support the line manager on nominated business projects • Ensure compliance, governance, financial reporting and regulatory training requirements are met • Maintain competence under the FCA-aligned Employee Code of Conduct and SM&CR framework

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ consultancy experience advising clients in Group Risk & Healthcare • Private Medical, Dental and Cash Plan knowledge essential • Experience advising on wider Employee Benefits beneficial • Detailed knowledge and understanding of healthcare and group risk policies preferred • Experience in consultancy or administration • Ability to create, write and manipulate template reports • Ability to take ownership of a client portfolio and proactively manage associated workload • Ability to flag client risks and opportunities • CII GR1 / IF7 qualification preferred • Awareness of compliance requirements and ability to apply compliance • Ability to keep HR and Training & Competency records up to date • Strict adherence to the Group Employee Code of Conduct • Completion of relevant regulatory training and maintenance of competence • Proficiency with HubSpot and EPIC technology platforms is expected • Permanent employment
