📋 Description

• Work directly with consultants and client directors as users and business contacts • Support live analytical products and their users by triaging questions, requests, and changes • Resolve requests where possible and schedule remaining work • Own the team’s delivery process, including Azure DevOps backlog management • Maintain change and release discipline • Run the governance and approval process required for delivery • Maintain documentation, records, and evidence for governance, reporting, and assurance obligations • Contribute to building new analytical products • Develop reusable components, libraries, and templates • Contribute to the team’s internal delivery and deployment platform

🎯 Requirements

• Consulting mindset and enjoyment of working across a wide variety of problems • Evidence of analytical or data work that other people relied on • Experience supporting users of something you or your team built • Experience handling user requests and changes • Experience maintaining documentation, governance processes, and delivery records • Working experience of Python • Some experience with Shiny or another interactive analytical UI framework, Quarto or similar reporting tooling, git, and Azure DevOps or another pipeline and work-tracking platform • Ability and willingness to learn the remaining technology stack quickly • Ability to build without AI coding agents; must read, write, debug, and review code independently and explain it • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team primarily collaborating over Teams • Ability to work in a fast-growing firm with evolving processes, systems, and structures • Ownership of decisions, actions, and outputs • Experience in Employee Benefits, Pensions, or Insurance is not required
