📋 Description

• Deliver professional education and training on myopia management and MiYOSMART® • Support optical practices with successful implementation of myopia management programmes • Build relationships with optometrists, dispensing opticians and practice teams • Provide clinical and commercial guidance to support growth in myopia management • Conduct in-practice training, workshops and educational events • Support customer accreditation and ongoing development programmes • Work with Business Development Managers and Key Account teams to identify opportunities • Analyse territory performance and develop action plans to increase adoption and sales • Attend industry exhibitions, conferences and customer events • Maintain understanding of clinical evidence, competitor activity and market developments • Increase awareness of childhood myopia • Help practices discuss myopia management with parents and children • Help practices integrate myopia management into the patient journey • Deliver educational programmes to improve patient outcomes • Drive adoption of MiYOSMART® and associated myopia management solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Optical industry experience • Strong presentation and training skills • Excellent relationship-building abilities • Commercial awareness and customer-focused approach • Ability to travel extensively within designated territory • Full UK driving licence • Strong organisational and planning skills • Passion for education, coaching and customer development • Qualified Dispensing Optician or Optometrist is desirable • Previous experience within myopia management is desirable • Experience delivering professional education programmes is desirable • Account management, field sales or clinical support experience is desirable • Knowledge of myopia management evidence and treatment options is desirable
