📋 Description

• Manage successful delivery of post-implementation Tier 3 services on the Workday platform • Act as primary delivery contact for clients • Provide configuration of solutions • Seek opportunities for strategic partnership and growth • Contribute internally to development of Project and AMS/Optimisation solutions • Manage delivery within capacity allocated under contracts

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of account management / service delivery experience in technical solutions delivery (SaaS) • 7+ years of experience working in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Financial Applications consulting • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in technical, business, or financial discipline • Workday application certification as required or preferred • Strong communication skills • Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions • Experience implementing complex business solutions under multiple deadlines
