📋 Description

• Own the learning experience for a portfolio of products • Design learning journeys from start to finish, identifying customer learning needs and defining objectives • Create e-learning modules, webinars, videos, knowledge articles, user guides and product documentation • Transform complex product information into clear, engaging learning experiences • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services and subject matter experts • Apply learning design best practices to create accessible, engaging and effective content • Use customer feedback, learner engagement data and community insights to improve content • Explore new tools, technologies and AI-powered approaches to support customer success and product adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and creating learning content, training materials or customer education resources • Understanding of learning design principles • Ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, accessible and relevant content • Confidence using e-learning and content authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline or similar platforms • Comfort learning new technologies • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience using feedback, learner insights and data to improve learning content • Curiosity, adaptability and openness to using AI to improve work
