📋 Description

• Develop dynamic content email templates in Adobe Journey Optimizer • Configure, test, deploy, and iterate personalized journeys and campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer • Collaborate with data analytics teams to build, refine, and validate audience segments in Adobe Experience Platform using real-time behavioral signals and profile attributes • Partner with lifecycle marketers, data scientists, and channel leads to activate journey logic and improve targeting effectiveness • Conduct quality assurance across journey components, including events, wait steps, personalization rules, and cross-channel triggers • Monitor journey performance, resolve execution issues, and refine logic with analytics partners • Serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform capabilities • Support team upskilling efforts • Contribute to platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement in journey orchestration • Deliver real-time, personalized member journeys that enhance engagement and satisfaction • Ensure accurate, compliant, and effective journey logic execution across digital and offline channels • Drive operational excellence through hands-on configuration, QA, and platform stewardship • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in marketing operations and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign execution • 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform • Hands-on experience developing emails using HTML and CSS • Exposure to JSON, event payloads, or API-driven personalization • Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams • Comfortable working in agile and cross-functional environments • Strong attention to detail • Self-provided home internet with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field • Preferred: Adobe certifications in AEP or AJO • Preferred: Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP, XDM schemas, or event tagging • Preferred: Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services • Preferred: Understanding of Next-Best-Action personalization logic frameworks
