📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI, GenAI, analytics, and operational intelligence solutions • Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, and deployment across multiple technology stacks • Troubleshoot and resolve critical and non-critical production issues affecting enterprise applications and platforms • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to improve reliability • Build and maintain integrations, APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and operational tools • Collaborate with development, product, reliability, and automation teams to deliver scalable solutions • Develop operational intelligence capabilities, predictive insights, and decision-support solutions • Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI adoption, and engineering best practices • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5 or more years of technical experience • 2 or more years of experience with Automation and AI technologies • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel • Experience with unit testing and mocking • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • 2+ years designing and implementing AI/ML solutions • Demonstrated expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents and workflow automation, prompt engineering, data pipelines, and model evaluation • PMP certification preferred • Six Sigma certification preferred • MBA or other advanced degree preferred • Demonstrated ability running large-scale projects • Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid home/office employees • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
