📋 Description

• Enable multiple agile software development teams working with Java, embedded within a complex BSS and legacy application landscape in the Telecom sector • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, impede identification and resolution (system access, infrastructure, release blockers, test environments, cross-team dependencies) • Drive continuous improvement and delivery risk transparency in an external consulting capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise software development environments • Experience working directly with Java development teams • Experience in OSS/Telecom or other complex enterprise environments • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on facilitation of Scrum ceremonies • Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and resolve technical and organisational impediments — including system access issues, infrastructure blockers, release/deployment problems, test environment issues, and cross-team or vendor dependencies • Excellent communication, coordination, and facilitation skills across distributed and cross-functional teams • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps environments • Ability to provide recommendations on coordinating cross-team dependencies and managing delivery risk • Fluent English — required for daily communication with the German client team • Based in Portugal, available to work fully remotely
