📋 Description

• Carry out site visits, installations, and commissioning of professional equipment • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in the field • Deliver technical support and training to dealers and customers • Conduct equipment demonstrations and handovers • Provide aftercare support and ongoing customer guidance • Work independently across the region and manage your own schedule • Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and feedback • Travel regularly throughout East Anglia and the South East territory

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a field-based technical or service role • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills • Good understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems • Ability to work independently and manage workload • Full UK driving license • Strong communication and customer-facing skills • Experience in a technical background such as field service/engineering, plant machinery, ground care, agricultural equipment, electrical or mechanical service, automotive, or construction • Experience with connected or GPS-based systems (desirable) • Background in ground care, turf, or outdoor equipment (desirable) • Previous experience delivering training or demonstrations (desirable)
