• Conduct outbound high volume prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives • Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)
• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or digital services) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management • Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Slack, etc.) • Resilient, coachable, and target-driven mindset • Remote work setup with reliable internet and a professional work environment
