• About Huzzle: connect high-performing B2B sales professionals with global companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia; our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries like SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech; we match top sales talent to full-time remote roles with ongoing support by Huzzle. • Access to exclusive SDR opportunities matched to your background and preferences. • Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads; Manage high call volumes daily (80-100+); Research target accounts to personalise outreach; Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls; Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce); Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach campaigns; Hit and exceed KPIs. • Our Hiring Process: 1) Submit Your Application; 2) Screening AI Video Interview (15 min max); 3) Final Face-to-Face Interview; 4) Admitted to talent pool; 5) Match with a client for a final interview. • Please note: by applying and completing our interview process, you will be added to our talent pool; you’ll be considered for this and all future global opportunities that match your skills - no need to apply multiple times!

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role (B2B SaaS/Tech preferred). • Proven ability to manage high call and outreach volumes. • Strong communication and active listening skills. • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft). • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven with a track record of exceeding quotas. • Ability to work remotely with a high degree of independence.
