📋 Description

• - Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. • - Engage decision-makers such as procurement teams, medical directors, and commercial leaders. • - Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. • - Book high-quality meetings for senior sales executives. • - Research target accounts within pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations. • - Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity. • - Tailor outreach messaging to align with industry compliance and regulatory considerations. • - Consistently meet KPIs related to outreach volume, conversion rates, and meetings booked. • - Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• - Proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role. • - Mandatory: Prior sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry. • - Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles in regulated industries. • - Experience in outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn). • - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • - Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. • - Strong attention to detail and ability to work within compliance-sensitive environments. • - Highly target-driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs. • Preferred Experience • - Experience selling SaaS solutions to healthcare or pharma companies. • - Familiarity with medical devices, clinical services, or pharmaceutical supply chains.
